Every One Dollar Page publication points to a destination. Make that link earn the click. If you are showing a product, link to the product or a working demo. If you are showing a photograph, link to the relevant portfolio collection. If you are announcing an event, link to the page with the date, place and registration details.
Your title and message should accurately describe what opens. Sending a visitor to an unrelated landing page, a surprise sign-up wall or a misleading redirect breaks that promise. A simple domain such as example.com or www.example.com is accepted in the form and converted to HTTPS; check the final address yourself before submitting.
Open the destination in a private browser window and on a phone. Check that it loads, shows the promised content and offers a clear next step. If the content is buried three clicks deep, use a more direct URL. That small test protects the attention someone chose to give your page.
