A good publication does not have to introduce a company. Try a one-purpose tool with a working demo; a portfolio piece that shows the finished work; or a short guide to something you know well. Each gives a visitor a specific reason to open the destination and look around.
Two more possibilities: announce a local event with its date and sign-up page, or share one issue of a newsletter with an excerpt that shows its voice. For any of these, make the page about what is available now. “Five accessible cafés near the station” is easier to assess than a promise to build a city-wide directory someday.
Pick one idea that you can explain in a title, a short message and one honest link. Prepare the destination before checkout, and use a cover only if it helps show the work. A narrow, complete example is more useful to a visitor than a broad announcement that leads to an empty site.
