Once your page is approved, share its link with people who have a reason to care about the subject. A developer tool belongs in a developer community; a local workshop belongs in the local groups that welcome event posts. Read each community’s posting rules first. Relevance matters more than the size of the audience.
For a first round, pick ten people or places rather than sending the same message everywhere. Say what the page is about, why it might be useful to them and what you would like them to look at. One specific question, such as “Is the result clear from the first screen?”, invites a more useful reply than a generic request for support.
You can invite people to visit, but do not organise votes or make duplicate accounts to lift a score. Voting is for verified accounts and is meant to reflect independent comparisons. Pay attention to the words people use when they describe your project; if they repeatedly misunderstand it, improve your next publication or the linked destination.
